Continuing to learn and develop our practice as educators is key to building the schools that we envision. We’ve created a series of Professional Development that helps your team to build the mindsets and skillsets that support your collective vision.

Circles As A Practice
- Built on the foundations of Restorative Justice principles, support your team in implementing circles as a practice.
- Learn to recognize how racism can show up in classroom practices and culture.
- Adapt and implement proactive circles that are inclusive, equitable and promote joy and belonging.
Culturally Relevant Pedagogy
- Learn and discuss the historical context of CRP and its role as an anti-racist pedagogical framework.
- Understand 3 key tenets of Culturally Relevant Pedagogy: academic achievement, cultural competence & sociopolitical consciousness and reflect on the mindsets that support them.
- Plan, teach and reflect on lessons and units that utilize strategies based in CRP.
Race Talk
- Understand how racism and race impact classroom dynamics for our diverse students.
- Learn and implement strategies for creating an identity-affirming classroom community.
- Practice and reflect on strategies for effectively facilitating conversations about racism, racial/ethnic identity, and race.

Each Package Includes:
- A series of 5 professional development sessions that goes deep into building skills needed to build new practices, presented by expert facilitators.
- Flexibility in professional learning timeline and format (virtual or in person).
- Research-based, engaging adult learning materials.
- Customizing planning call prior to each session to ensure session content is as relevant and engaging for your faculty.
- Support between sessions in the form of coaching, one-on-one calls and strategies for implementation.
Every Package is Created For Educators By Educators.
Packages start at $12,000.00. We also create customized professional development series.
